We are looking for commerce freshers, and students still pursuing their degree, who want to build a career in US accounting. You will get hands-on training in QuickBooks Online and US bookkeeping, working alongside our senior accountants. This is a salaried full-time job, not a paid training course. Shift: US shift, 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off). Work from office, Delhi NCR. Role &
responsibilities:
- Learn and perform bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online under the guidance of a senior accountant.
- Record and categorise transactions, and help with bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Enter vendor bills and customer invoices accurately.
- Prepare and update Excel trackers and simple reports.
- Draft and reply to client emails. Your emails will be reviewed until you are confident.
- Keep supporting documents organised and follow checklists for each client.
- Ask questions, take notes and improve every week. Preferred candidate profile:

Com or MBA (Finance), completed or pursuing. Recent graduates and final-year students are welcome.
- Candidates pursuing CA, CMA or CS (Inter) can also apply.
- Clear accounting basics: debit and credit, journal entries, ledgers and trial balance.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas; VLOOKUP and pivot tables are a plus) and MS Office.
- Good written and spoken English, and confidence in writing professional emails.
- QuickBooks knowledge or the free Intuit QuickBooks Online certification is a plus, not required. We train you.
- Willing to work US shift from the office, Monday to Friday. Perks and
