Key Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online hospital chat platforms.
- In-Office Promotion: Promote Yashoda Hospitals health packages, specialized treatments, and clinical services from the office desk.
- Lead Generation: Perform online research to identify potential leads, corporate clients, or community segments, and systematically follow up with them.
- Digital Campaign Support: Assist the core marketing team in managing digital marketing campaigns and online promotional strategies.
- Database Management: Accurately update and maintain customer or patient inquiry databases.
