About the Role
Vinit Mobile Limited is looking for young, enthusiastic candidates who already have a good understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and their practical applications. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI platforms. The role involves using AI to automate business operations, generate reports, improve productivity, and develop AI-based solutions for the company's daily activities. We welcome freshers who are passionate about AI, quick learners, and interested in building their careers in AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI platforms.
- Use AI to automate routine business tasks and reduce manual work.
- Assist in developing AI chatbots and AI assistants for different departments.
- Help automate sales, stock, purchase, and business reporting processes.
- Work with Excel, ERP software, and other business applications to improve efficiency.
- Assist in integrating AI tools with existing software using APIs and connectors.
- Research and test new AI tools, automation platforms, and technologies.




- Identify business problems and develop AI-based solutions.
- Support WhatsApp automation, automated reporting, and business communication systems.
- Maintain proper documentation of AI projects and implemented solutions. Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and effective use of AI tools.
- Ability to use AI for problem-solving, research, data analysis, and automation.
- Good computer knowledge and basic MS Excel skills.
- Strong logical thinking and willingness to experiment with new technologies.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently. Additional Advantage:
- Basic knowledge of APIs, SQL, Python, JavaScript, or web technologies.
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Experience building chatbots, AI agents, or automated workflows.
- Knowledge of Power BI, advanced Excel, or Power Query. *Candidates do not need professional work experience, but practical knowledge of AI tools is essential.
