• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Provide service updates and maintain customer records.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat service bookings.
• Achieve customer satisfaction and service revenue targets.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in automobile service preferred.
• Basic knowledge of car maintenance and repairs.
• Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and billing skills.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
