Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with at least one year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or vendor coordination. The candidate will be responsible for supporting daily purchasing activities, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely availability of materials required for business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors for purchasing requirements.
- Collect quotations, compare prices, and assist in vendor negotiations.
- Prepare and process purchase orders as per company requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in procuring raw materials, food ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies.




- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice verification and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, and procurement documents.
- Monitor material availability and assist with inventory planning.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of purchasing activities. Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in purchase, procurement, or vendor coordination.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, food ingredients, or trading is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of purchase orders, quotation comparison, and supplier management.
- Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
