Hiring: Merchandiser
- Apparel We are looking for a sharp, client-facing Product Development & Sampling Merchandiser for a premier garment and uniform manufacturer. Location:
Delhi NCR (Gurgaon / Noida region)

Experience:
3 to 6 years (Prior experience in apparel export houses or uniform manufacturing is highly preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Requirement Gathering: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate buyers, understanding their specific needs, design preferences, and fabric expectations.
- End-to-End Sample Management: Coordinate with internal pattern masters and sample tailors to develop Proto, Fit, and Pre-Production (PP) samples according to client briefs.
- Material Exploration: Collaborate with vendors and internal sourcing teams to identify the best-fit fabrics,



blends, trims, and accessories for the client's approval.
- Costing & Commercials: Prepare detailed cost sheets and negotiate competitive pricing with buyers to meet margin targets.
- Time & Action (T&A;) Maintenance: Track the development timeline from the initial phone brief to final sample sign-off, ensuring no delays. What We Look For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Production, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills to handle corporate accounts confidently.
- Robust technical knowledge of woven/knitted garments, fabric types, and patterns.
