About the Role
Our client is looking for a Director – Sales to drive revenue growth through advertising and media solutions. The role will focus on acquiring new brand partnerships, growing key accounts, and selling media-led solutions such as branded content, sponsorships, and integrated advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Business Development: Drive advertising and media sales, own revenue targets, and identify new business opportunities across brands and agencies.
- Client Acquisition: Build relationships with leading brands, advertisers, and media agencies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
- Account Growth: Manage strategic accounts, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and drive long-term client partnerships.
- Media Solutions Sales: Pitch and sell advertising inventory, branded content, sponsorships, and customised media solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop sales plans, build a strong pipeline, manage deal negotiations, and drive closures against revenue targets.
- Stakeholder Management:



Build relationships with senior decision-makers across brand marketing teams, media agencies, and advertising partners.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal content, creative, marketing, and campaign teams to develop compelling proposals and ensure successful execution. Ideal Candidate
- 8–12 years of experience in media sales, advertising sales, branded content, or marketing solutions.
- Strong track record of driving revenue through brand partnerships and agency relationships.
- Experience selling media and advertising solutions to brands and/or media agencies.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, sponsorships, branded content, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A self-driven, target-oriented skilled with the ability to independently drive the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closure.
