- Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, cold outreach, references and other business development activities.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal creative and strategy teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing projects.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare pitches,



presentations and proposals for potential clients.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor activities and industry insights.
- Contribute actively towards agency growth and revenue generation Qualifications -1-2 years of experience in business development, client acquisition or sales.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing, advertising, branding or creative agency will be preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with client interaction, pitching and negotiations.
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email communication and lead generation strategies is a plus.
