Job Summary

We are
looking for a proactive and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee
daily floor operations, manage service staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and
maintain service standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in
restaurant operations, team management, guest handling, and coordination with
kitchen teams to ensure smooth and effective service.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant
floor operations and ensure smooth service during operating hours.

- Supervise, guide, and
coordinate service staff to maintain service quality and operational
efficiency.

- Ensure excellent guest
experience by addressing customer queries, feedback, and complaints
promptly.

- Monitor table allocation,
reservations, guest seating, order processing, and table turnover.

- Coordinate with the kitchen
team to ensure timely order delivery and effective communication between
service and kitchen staff.

- Ensure adherence to company
SOPs, service standards, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety guidelines.

- Conduct staff briefings
before shifts and communicate daily targets, promotions, and operational
updates.

- Monitor staff grooming,
attendance, discipline, and performance.

- Support restaurant
management in achieving sales targets, improving average order value
(AOV), and enhancing guest retention.

- Monitor service-related
issues, order accuracy, customer waiting time, and overall guest




satisfaction.

- Ensure proper handling of
billing, payments, and cash-related procedures as per company policy.

- Assist in inventory
monitoring, reducing service wastage, and controlling operational costs.

- Maintain daily operational
reports and escalate issues to the Restaurant Manager as required.

- Train new team members on
service procedures, customer interaction, and restaurant standards.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 5–6 years of
experience in restaurant or F&B; operations.

- Previous experience as a
Floor Manager or Captain in a restaurant is preferred.

- Experience in casual dining establishments
is an advantage.

- A graduate or Diploma in Hotel
Management or a related field is preferred.

- Strong communication,
leadership, and customer service skills.

- Ability to manage teams and
handle high-volume restaurant operations.

- Good understanding of
restaurant SOPs, hygiene standards, billing, and guest complaint
resolution.

- Willingness to work in
rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per business
requirements.
