Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Observability & Integration Engineer with robust hands-on expertise in enterprise monitoring tools, observability integrations, event management, and IT service management platforms. The role will focus on integrating monitoring tools with ServiceNow and PagerDuty, optimizing alerting workflows, reducing event noise, and improving incident response across enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities
· Design, implement, and maintain integrations between enterprise monitoring and observability platforms.
· Integrate tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch, or equivalent platforms.
· Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and related technologies.
· Configure and support ServiceNow integrations for incident management and IT service workflows.
· Implement and maintain PagerDuty integrations for alerting, incident escalation, and on-call response.
· Configure event correlation, deduplication, suppression, and alert-noise reduction mechanisms.
· Support CMDB and service-mapping integrations to improve service visibility and incident context.
· Troubleshoot integration failures, alert-delivery issues, and event-processing problems.
· Collaborate with observability, SRE, IT operations, ServiceNow, and automation teams.
· Prepare technical documentation, integration standards, operational procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials. Mandatory Skills – Must Have
· Strong hands-on experience in monitoring and observability integrations.
· Experience with at least 2–3 enterprise monitoring tools, such as Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch, or equivalent.
· Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
· ServiceNow integration experience, particularly incident management.
· PagerDuty integration experience, including alerting and incident workflows.




· Knowledge of event correlation, deduplication, suppression, and alert-noise reduction.
· Understanding of CMDB, configuration items (CIs), and service-mapping concepts.
· Robust troubleshooting and enterprise integration skills. Secondary Skills – Strongly Preferred
· Experience with enterprise incident management and IT service management workflows.
· Familiarity with monitoring data pipelines and event-processing mechanisms.
· Experience integrating multiple monitoring tools with centralized incident-management platforms.
· Understanding of ITIL processes, Major Incident Management, and incident escalation.
· Experience with automation and scripting for integration support. Optional Skills – Good to Have
· Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.
· AWS monitoring and cloud observability.
· Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
· Slack or Microsoft Teams integrations.
· Exposure to AIOps platforms and intelligent event management.
· Technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer. Key Deliverables / SOW Execution Coverage
· Successful implementation and configuration of observability integrations.
· Reliable integration of monitoring platforms with ServiceNow and PagerDuty.
· Effective event correlation and alert-noise reduction.
· Improved incident routing, escalation, and response workflows.
· Accurate service mapping and relevant CMDB integration.
· Resolution of integration issues and support for production stability.
· Completion of technical documentation and knowledge transfer. Candidate Requirements Candidates must demonstrate strong hands-on technical expertise in enterprise IT environments and the ability to coordinate across monitoring, ITSM, and incident-management teams. Immediate joining is mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable working in a hybrid model from Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad, with a maximum CTC of ₹30 LPA.
