Axplorar Holidays is a Thane-based travel company designing personalised holidays across India and 50+ international destinations. Since 2018, we have helped 15,000+ travellers with custom itineraries, flights, hotels, visas, cruises, corporate travel and MICE. We are looking for a Travel Sales Intern to join our team and learn travel sales hands-on, including calling, pitching and closing. You earn a monthly stipend PLUS commission on every booking you close. Stipend: ₹3,000
- ₹5,000 per month Commission: on every confirmed booking you close Duration: 6 months

Thane West, Maharashtra What you will do:
• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and follow up on enquiries
• Call leads, explain our holiday packages, flights, hotels and visa services, and book consultations
• Follow up through WhatsApp and calls until the booking is closed
• Share quotes prepared by our travel experts and help close bookings
• Maintain a daily call and lead tracker (calls made, follow-ups, bookings)
• Support the sales team with itineraries and customer coordination What you will learn:
• Telephone sales, objection handling and closing
• How custom holiday packages are designed and priced
• Domestic and international destinations, hotels, flights and visas
• Customer handling and negotiation
• How a travel company runs day to day What you get:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
• Comfortable making 40-50 calls a day and handling rejection

• Confident, curious and eager to learn sales
