Role Description The Leasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for overseeing and optimizing leasing activities for Nesto Group-India’s retail properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing lease negotiations, preparing and reviewing lease documents, coordinating with property owners and internal stakeholders, and ensuring that occupancy targets and rental objectives are met. The role involves monitoring market trends, conducting local market research, and identifying new locations or expansion opportunities aligned with the company’s growth strategy. The Leasing Manager will collaborate with property management teams to maintain strong tenant relationships,



support resident and tenant retention initiatives, and resolve issues related to leases and store locations. The role also requires maintaining accurate leasing records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and providing regular reports and insights to management. Qualifications
• Ability to manage leases and lease administration, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease agreements.
• Skills in market research to analyze local retail trends, competitor activity, and potential site opportunities.
• Experience in property management, coordinating with landlords, tenants, and internal operations teams.
• Capability to drive resident and tenant retention through strong relationship management and responsive service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven organizational and analytical abilities, including attention to detail and proficiency with MS Office or similar tools.
• Prior experience in retail leasing, commercial real estate, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
