The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end project delivery, US customer management, cross-functional coordination, and practical implementation of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage healthcare and technology projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and delivery roadmaps.
- Lead customer meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, technology, analytics, and compliance.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, issues,



and deliverables.
- Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and executive updates.
- Ensure project governance, documentation, quality, and timely delivery.
- Apply AI solutions to improve business and healthcare workflows. Required Skills
- Current PMP Certification Mandatory.
- 7+ years of project management or project delivery experience.
- Strong experience in the healthcare industry.
- Hands-on experience managing external customers, preferably US-based.
- Practical knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Experience using and implementing AI solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and reporting skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar. Preferred
- Experience with US healthcare providers, medical practices, or healthcare technology.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, EHR, Practice Management, or Revenue Cycle Management.
- Experience working with offshore and globally distributed teams.
