Job Description
We are seeking a QA Engineer to support the Virtual Account Management (VAM) platform. This role combines manual and automation testing responsibilities, with hands-on API testing forming a core part of the daily role. The position involves testing payments, APIs, integrations and customer servicing functionality. The successful candidate will partner with developers, business analysts and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of VAM solutions. Responsibility
• Design and execute functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
• Create and maintain test cases, test evidence and execution reports.
• Validate VAM workflows, customer access and account management functionality.
• Perform hands-on API testing as part of daily test execution, including validation of REST endpoints, requests, responses, status codes, headers and error handling.
• Validate API payloads, JSON, XML, application logs and downstream system outputs across integrated VAM workflows.
• Raise,



track and retest defects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and release activities. Maintain test assets within Jira and Xray. Qualification
• 5+ years of software testing experience.
• Experience in functional, integration and regression testing.
• Experience with Jira and Xray or comparable test-management tools.
• Solid hands-on API testing experience is essential, including regular use of Postman or a comparable API testing tool.
• Ability to design and execute positive, negative and integration API test scenarios and diagnose failures using payloads, logs and system responses.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Practical experience with Playwright, Selenium or a comparable UI POM framework.
• Working knowledge of Java fundamentals. Job Overview
