- Manage end-to-end GST functions including compliance, advisory on EPC/infrastructure contracts, audits, ITC reconciliation, and GST risk mitigation Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
- Own the end-to-end GST function for the organisation and its subsidiaries/project entities.
- Provide GST advisory on EPC, infrastructure, works contracts, subcontracting, procurement and project execution.
- Review commercial contracts, tenders and project structures from a GST perspective.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns and other applicable GST compliances.
- Lead ITC reconciliation, vendor compliance, ITC eligibility/reversal and GST credit optimisation.
- Handle GST audits, assessments, investigations, notices, appeals and litigation.
- Manage relationships with GST authorities, consultants and legal advisors.
- Review GST implications of mobilisation advances, retention money, variations, claims, LDs, escalation and contract amendments.




- Advise project and commercial teams on RCM, place of supply, TDS, invoicing and tax clauses in contracts.
- Establish GST controls and SOPs across project sites, procurement, finance and commercial functions.
- Identify tax risks and ensure appropriate mitigation before major contracts/projects are executed.
- Monitor changes in GST law, notifications, circulars, advance rulings and judicial decisions.
- Drive GST automation, reconciliation and reporting through SAP/ERP and GST technology platforms. Key Success Measures
