Experience:
12+ years Qualification: B. Com; M.
Com/ CA/ICWA/CMA/CPA preferred We are looking for a senior Finance qualified to lead multi-entity, multi-country Finance & Accounts operations across India, UAE, Singapore and USA. The role will own financial reporting, P&L; performance, statutory compliance, treasury, banking, forex, financial planning and finance strategy.

Key Responsibilities
• Own overall Finance & Accounts strategy, financial performance and P&L.;
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and book closure.
• Prepare/review standalone and consolidated financial statements.
• Manage statutory, tax and regulatory compliance across multiple countries.
• Handle banking relationships, treasury management and forex strategy.
• Provide financial insights,



forecasting and strategic recommendations to CEO/Directors.
• Lead budgeting, financial modelling and long-range planning.
• Manage external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory stakeholders.
• Evaluate and implement finance systems, tools and process improvements.
• Lead, develop and manage the Finance team. Key Skills Required
