Position: Caller Cum Visa Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming and outgoing client calls.

* Coordinate with travel agents and B2B partners.

* Assist in visa application processing and documentation.

* Verify visa documents and maintain application records.

* Follow up with clients regarding visa status.

* Provide skilled customer support.

Eligibility & Skills:

* Female candidates only.

* Good communication skills.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

* Knowledge of visa processing will be an added advantage.

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
