Urgent requirement for an experienced North Indian Cook for a running restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Expert in North Indian Non-Veg gravies: Butter Chicken, Kadhai Chicken, Rogan Josh, Mutton/Chicken Curry.

- Hand-on experience with Tandoor: Tandoori Chicken, Kebabs, Tikkas, Naan, Roti, Parathas.

- Daily kitchen prep, meat portioning, masala preparation, and maintaining kitchen hygiene.

- Must be able to handle rush-hour orders efficiently.

Facilities:

- Valuable salary based on trial
