Position: Solar Office Administrator / Accounts & Documentation Assistant

Location: Chalakudy, Thrissur, Kerala

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and computer-skilled office assistant to manage daily office operations, solar project documentation, billing, GST-related work, and social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare solar quotations, estimates, invoices, and customer bills.

* Handle KSEB-related solar application paperwork and documentation.

* Prepare and maintain solar subsidy documentation, including PM Surya Ghar-related paperwork.

* Maintain customer records, project files, and installation reports.

* Handle billing, GST invoices, purchase and sales entries, and coordinate GST return filing with the accountant or CA.

* Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, quotations, reports, and other office documents.

* Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.

* Create and post basic promotional content, offers, and solar installation updates.





* Coordinate with customers, technicians, suppliers, and office staff.

* Maintain proper records of payments, expenses, and business transactions.

Required Skills

* Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations.

* Good communication and organizational skills.

* Knowledge of billing, GST, and accounting software is an advantage.

* Ability to prepare quotations and maintain accurate records.

* Basic social media management skills.

* Experience in solar company documentation, KSEB applications, or PM Surya Ghar subsidy procedures is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in office administration, accounts, billing, electrical/solar company paperwork, or customer support are encouraged to apply.

Salary: Based on skills and experience.
