Hotel K9 Regency, Zirakpur is looking for a smart, confident, well-groomed and customer-oriented Male Front Office Executive cum Receptionist to join our hospitality team.
Job Responsibilities
* Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional reception.
* Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
* Manage room reservations, bookings and cancellations.
* Attend telephone calls and handle guest inquiries.
* Maintain guest records, billing and front office documentation.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
* Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
* Manage daily front desk operations efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
* Gender: Male
* Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel front office/reception.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Positive personality, grooming and professional attitude.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel management software.
* Ability to handle guests politely and professionally.
* Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
