Position: Indian Cuisine Cook

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years preferred

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Indian Cuisine Cook to join our restaurant team.

Job Responsibilities:

* Prepare authentic Indian dishes, including North Indian and South Indian cuisine.

* Prepare curries, gravies, dal, rice, roti, paratha and other Indian specialities.

* Maintain food quality, taste and presentation.

* Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.

* Manage kitchen preparation and ingredients efficiently.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in an Indian restaurant or hotel.

* Valuable knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients and cooking techniques.

* Ability to work independently and manage kitchen responsibilities.

* Punctual, hardworking and disciplined.

Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience)

Job Location: The Terminal Guwahati.
