Job Description

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage the social media presence of our multi-branch salon brand across Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms for multiple salon branches.

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including Reels, posts, Stories, carousels, and promotional creatives.

• Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots at different salon branches, showcasing hairstyles, hair colour, hair treatments, transformations, bridal services, skincare, and other salon services.

• Create monthly content calendars and execute campaigns for festivals, special occasions, seasonal offers, and salon promotions.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, trending audio, beauty content formats, and competitor activities.

• Coordinate with salon managers, hairstylists, makeup artists, and other team members to capture quality content.

• Ensure consistent branding, visual quality, and communication across all salon branches.

• Write engaging captions, calls to action,



and relevant hashtags to improve reach and customer engagement.

• Monitor comments and direct messages, coordinate responses, and help convert social media enquiries into appointments.

• Track performance metrics such as reach, views, engagement, follower growth, enquiries, and bookings.

• Suggest creative ideas to improve brand visibility, customer acquisition, and repeat visits.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, photographers, and advertising teams whenever required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in social media management, preferably in the salon, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.

• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Facebook, social media trends, and content strategies.

• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, or similar applications.

• Ability to plan creative content and coordinate shoots across multiple locations.

• Valuable communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
