We are looking for a customer-focused and reliable Night Shift Executive to manage night operations and provide exceptional hospitality to our guests. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for guests during the night, ensuring seamless service, addressing inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in speaking and understanding Kannada, English, and Hindi.
Shift Timings: Night shift from 6:00 PM to 9:30 AM.
Experience: Prior experience in hotel front desk, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage, but eager freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, problem-solving mindset, and a skilled demeanor.
