Job Summary

KPT Piping System Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Regional Head – Retail Sales to lead and expand its retail distribution business across Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.

The candidate will be responsible for developing distributor and dealer networks, driving retail sales, managing regional sales teams and increasing market penetration for PPR pipes, fittings and other plumbing products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the retail distribution network across the assigned territory.
- Appoint new distributors, dealers, stockists and retailers.
- Drive primary and secondary sales and achieve regional sales targets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners.
- Develop business through plumbing dealers, sanitaryware shops, hardware stores and building material outlets.
- Lead and manage Regional Sales Managers,



Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
- Monitor market coverage, dealer productivity, sales performance and collections.
- Conduct dealer meets, plumber meets and product promotional activities.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure regular CRM reporting and achievement of sales and collection targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 12–18 years of experience in retail sales and channel distribution.
- Strong experience in PPR, CPVC, UPVC, PVC pipes, plumbing or building materials.
- Proven experience in distributor and dealer network development.
- Experience handling multiple states and managing regional sales teams.
- Strong market knowledge of Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
- Positive communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

Preferred Industry

Pipes & Fittings, Plumbing, Sanitaryware, Building Materials, Construction Materials and Water Management Products.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary will be as per experience and industry standards, along with TA/DA, travel reimbursement and performance-based incentives as per company policy.
