Job Responsibilities
- Generate new home loan leads through field visits, referrals, and direct sales.
- Identify potential customers and promote home loan products.
- Build relationships with builders, real estate agents, and customers.
- Explain home loan eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Assist customers with loan applications, KYC,
and document collection.
- Follow up with customers and coordinate with banking teams for loan processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to work in field sales.
- Basic knowledge of banking and home loan products is an advantage.
- Freshers with an interest in banking sales are welcome.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
