Job DescriptionSomani Home Studio, Jaipur ke liye ek responsible aur active Accounts & Billing Executive ki requirement hai.

Candidate ko computer par billing, sales orders, customer coordination aur dispatch-related work handle karna hoga.

- Key ResponsibilitiesBusy software mein Quotations, Sales Orders aur Invoices banana.
- Sales Team aur Customers ke saath billing coordination karna.
- Dispatch planning, delivery team coordination aur delivery documents (Challan / Invoice / LR) prepare karna.
- Sales Returns / Exchange aur related billing entries maintain karna.
- Daily billing records aur documentation properly maintain karna.
- Other routine office & accounts-related work mein support karna.
- Candidate RequirementsAge:



28–55 years
- Qualification: Any education (basic computer knowledge required).
- Experience: 6 months – 2 years preferred in Billing / Accounts / Dispatch.
- Freshers: Dynamic freshers with good computer knowledge can also apply.
- Computer Skills: Busy software experience preferred; Google Sheets & MS Office (Excel, Word) knowledge.
- Good communication skills, accuracy aur responsible attitude.
- Team ke saath coordination aur multitasking karne ki ability.
