The OpportunityAre you confident on the phone, enjoy speaking with business owners and have a flair for convincing people?

We are looking for energetic, articulate and self-motivated Outbound Telecallers to introduce our digital products to potential business partners and help them complete their registrations and onboarding.

This is a fully remote, communication-driven role with opportunities to grow alongside our expanding business.

Key Responsibilities✅ Outbound Calling: Contact prospective businesses, retail outlets, clinics, salons, commercial spaces and other potential partners.

✅ Product Introduction: Clearly explain BLook's products, features,



business benefits and subscription offerings.

✅ Business Onboarding: Guide interested businesses through registration, verification and digital onboarding.

✅ Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify interested prospects, maintain follow-ups and convert qualified leads into registered business partners.

✅ Customer Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

✅ WhatsApp & Digital Follow-ups: Share authorised product information, registration links and relevant communication.

✅ CRM & Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, registrations, follow-ups and onboarding progress.

✅ Performance Excellence: Work towards agreed onboarding milestones while maintaining qualified communication and customer satisfaction.

Who Should Apply?We are looking for candidates with:

- 1–5 years of experience in outbound telecalling, telesales, inside sales, lead generation or customer onboarding.
- Good spoken Hindi and English. Marathi or other regional languages will be an advantage.
- Confident communication, persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- Experience speaking with business owners, retailers or service providers.
- Ability to independently manage follow-ups and customer conversations.




- Basic knowledge of CRM software, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and digital registration processes.
- A disciplined and self-motivated approach to working from home.

Candidates with experience in merchant onboarding, fintech, SaaS subscriptions, digital platforms, B2B telesales or business registration campaigns will be preferred.

- Work From Home RequirementsAccess to a laptop/desktop or an approved calling setup.
- Reliable internet connectivity and a quiet working environment.
- Ability to attend online training and team meetings.
- Comfortable working with cloud-based calling, CRM and reporting systems.
