- Provide menus and explain food items to customers.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.

- Coordinate with the Captain and kitchen team for smooth service.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for guests.
- Refill water and assist guests whenever required.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely.
- Support table clearing, plate changing, and table setup.
- Follow restaurant service standards and instructions from seniors.
