- Convert leads into registrations and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain skilled relationships with customers and provide timely follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and payments in the CRM or company system.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update the team leader on performance.
