We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Internet & CCTV Field Technician to handle customer complaints, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of our Broadband, CCTV, and other security-related services.
? Location: JAIPUR
? Experience: 1 Year (Freshers with basic technical knowledge can apply)
? Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
- Key Responsibilities:Visit customer locations to attend Broadband Internet and technical complaints
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, router, and ONT-related issues
- Check and resolve FTTH / Optical Fiber connectivity issues
- Handle customer complaints related to CCTV Cameras, DVR and NVR systems
- Troubleshoot camera connectivity, live viewing, recording, and playback issues
- Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems
- Attend complaints related to Video Door Phones and Alarm Systems
- Coordinate with the NOC and senior technical teams for advanced troubleshooting
- Provide timely updates on complaint status and ensure proper complaint closure
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- ? Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma
- Basic knowledge of Networking, Internet, Wi-Fi and Routers
- Knowledge of CCTV Cameras, DVR/NVR installation and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of Optical Fiber / FTTH technology will be preferred
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues independently
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
- Should be comfortable travelling to customer locations
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
