The Business Development Manager is responsible for acquiring and on-boarding recent Housing Societies across Bengaluru city and ensuring repeat usage of the platform.

The ideal candidate is a woman sales leader who loves field sales, comfortable in interaction with Facility Managers and Management Committee members of the Housing Societies and passionate in acquiring and retaining the Housing societies through great relationship.

OneAnchor is a growth oriented start up with an aspiration to go pan India soon. The right Sales leader will have plenty of growth opportunities in the near future.

Compensation would include fixed salary + performance based incentive + Esops.
