Job Description – Chinese Cook

We are looking for skilled and experienced Chinese Cooks who specialize in Indo-Chinese / street-style Chinese/Tibetan cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare popular Indo-Chinese and street-style dishes such as Momo, Hakka Noodles, Fried Rice, Chilli Chicken, Manchurian, Schezwan items, etc.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Have good knowledge of Chinese sauces, spices, and cooking techniques.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
- Ensure quick and productive food preparation during busy hours.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in Indo-Chinese or street-style Chinese cooking.
- Good wok-handling and cooking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Salary: As per experience and skills.

Work Timing- 11am -10pm
