• Attend customer service calls assigned by the company and Blue Star.

• Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and resolving technical problems.

• Perform AC servicing, cleaning and preventive maintenance.

• Assist with AC installation and commissioning.

• Learn and perform gas charging and leak detection under appropriate supervision.

• Assist with electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting.

• Service and maintain water purifiers and water dispensers.

• Assist with freezer and refrigeration equipment servicing.

• Carry and maintain tools and service equipment responsibly.

• Update job status through the company's mobile/service application.

• Complete job cards and service reports accurately.

• Collect customer feedback after service where required.

• Maintain professional behaviour and positive communication with customers.

• Follow all company, Blue Star, electrical and workplace safety procedures.

• Use PPE and safety equipment whenever required, particularly during height-related work.

• Work as part of a team and support senior technicians during complex service calls.
