Job Responsibilities

- Make calls to customers for follow-ups and business inquiries.
- Follow up with customers regarding their product requirements, quotations, and orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain good customer relationships.
- Respond to customer messages and inquiries on Instagram.
- Contact potential customers and follow up with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and share the details with the sales team.
- Maintain customer follow-up records and update the status of inquiries.
- Ensure timely responses to customer calls and messages.

Working Hours

- Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Weekly Holiday: One day per week

Candidate Requirements

● Valuable communication and telephone-handling skills.

● Basic knowledge of Instagram and WhatsApp.

● Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.

● Ability to follow up with customers regularly.
