Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through field sales, cold calling, referrals and client meetings.
- Promote and sell Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, Bonds and other financial products.
- Identify potential customers and develop long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch business growth.
- Cross-sell financial products to existing customers.
- Explain investment products, services and opportunities to customers.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with branch teams to convert leads into business.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.





Candidate Requirements

- Any Graduate / PG / MBA can apply.
- 0–10 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Insurance, Mutual Funds or Financial Services.
- Freshers with valuable communication and sales skills are welcome.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve individual sales targets.
- Self-motivated, confident and result-oriented.
- Willingness to engage in field sales and customer acquisition activities.
