Job Description: Factory Worker / Production Assistant

About Avani DTFAvani DTF specializes in customized printing solutions, including T-shirts, mugs, mouse pads, keychains, water bottles, and corporate gifting products. We are looking for hardworking and responsible factory workers to support our daily production and order dispatch operations.

- Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in daily printing and production activities.
- Handle raw materials and finished products carefully.
- Assist with T-shirt, mouse pad, mug, and other customized product printing.
- Perform heat press operations after receiving the necessary training.
- Check product quality and ensure there are no printing defects.
- Help with product cutting, trimming, finishing, and packing.
- Count products and verify quantities before dispatch.
- Pack customer orders properly and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
- Keep track of materials and inform the supervisor when stock is low.
- Follow production instructions, safety guidelines,



and company procedures.
- Complete assigned production work within the required timelines.
- Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th pass preferred.
- Freshers can apply. Previous factory or printing experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn printing processes and operate basic production equipment.
- Ability to perform hands-on work and handle repetitive tasks.
- Good attention to detail and basic counting skills.
- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Skills RequiredBasic understanding of production and packaging activities.
- Ability to identify printing defects and damaged products.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn current printing techniques.
