Key Responsibilities

● Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls.

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable NoBroker services.

● Explain subscription plans, pricing, and service benefits.

● Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

● Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into paying customers.

● Maintain accurate customer information and call updates in CRM systems.

● Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.

● Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements and improve service experience.

Eligibility Criteria

● Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

● Good convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

● Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.

● Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

● Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused mindset.

● Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
