1.Monitor and manage leads generated through digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook.

2.Send detailed information PDFs to current leads in a timely manner.

3•Maintain regular follow-up to ensure lead engagement and progression through the pipeline.

4•Coordinate with returning or older leads expressing interest in visiting the company.

5•Provide accurate address details, location, and company visiting hours.

6•Schedule and confirm video call appointments with leads as per their preferred date and time.

7•Act as a liaison between potential franchisees and internal teams for a smooth onboarding experience.
