Job DescriptionSmaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Guest Relations Executives for its restaurant at Prabhadevi, Mumbai.

We are looking for smart, well-groomed, confident and customer-oriented candidates who can manage restaurant guests and provide excellent dining experiences.

Candidates from Airlines, QSR, Restaurant and Hospitality backgrounds are preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude can also apply.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet restaurant guests.
- Manage guest seating, table allocation and guest requirements.
- Explain menu items, food options and restaurant offers.
- Assist guests with menu queries and recommendations.
- Coordinate with waiters, captains and kitchen teams for smooth service.
- Handle guest feedback,



queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and quality service.
