Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Promote and explain credit card products.
- Understand customer requirements and explain eligibility.
- Generate and process credit card applications.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain sales quality and achieve monthly targets.
- Ensure accurate customer information and proper communication.
Eligibility Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Prior experience in credit card sales, banking sales or financial product telesales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent sales and communication skills may also apply.
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Basic English preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
