Job Description:

We are urgently looking for experienced and result-oriented Branch Heads / Branch Managers with a strong background in Equity Broking and Financial Product Distribution, including Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Portfolio Management Services (PMS).

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall branch operations, business development, and profitability.
- Drive revenue generation through Equity Broking, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and PMS.
- Acquire new clients, including HNI and corporate customers.
- Lead, motivate, and manage branch sales teams to achieve business targets.
- Develop client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Monitor brokerage revenue, sales performance, and branch profitability.
- Conduct daily team meetings and periodic performance reviews.
- Organize investor meetings and business development activities.




- Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and smooth branch operations.
- Report branch performance to the Regional Manager.

Candidate Requirements:

- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Stock Broking / Financial Services.
- Strong experience in Equity Broking and Financial Product Distribution.
- Valuable knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance, and PMS products.
- Proven track record in business development, revenue generation, and client acquisition.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Experience handling HNI clients and managing branch targets.
- Previous branch management experience preferred.
