Job DescriptionBookford Publications Private Limited is looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional content showcasing our book manufacturing processes, printing operations, packaging, products, and day-to-day company activities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesShoot professional videos of book printing, binding, manufacturing, packaging, dispatch, and other production processes.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Capture product videos highlighting book covers, inside pages, features, and quality.
- Edit raw footage with professional transitions, captions, background music, voiceovers, and visual effects.
- Develop creative video concepts to promote the company's products, manufacturing capabilities, and brand identity.
- Record factory operations, employee activities, order packing, and company events.
- Produce content suitable for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain proper lighting, camera angles, audio quality, and overall video presentation.




- Coordinate with the marketing and production teams to plan and execute video shoots.
- Manage video files, raw footage, and completed projects systematically.
- Required Skills & QualificationsExperience in videography and professional video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Good knowledge of camera handling, lighting, framing, and video composition.
- Ability to create engaging short-form content for social media.
- Understanding of current Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts trends.
- Robust creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in product photography or industrial videography will be an added advantage.

Preferred CandidateWe are looking for a creative, responsible, and proactive individual who can independently handle both video shooting and editing, suggest fresh content ideas, and help build a strong digital presence for BOOKFORD.
