Job Description :- We are urgently hiring an experienced and responsible Accountant Cum Cashier to manage daily accounting activities, cash transactions, billing, and financial records at our TVS dealership.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily cash transactions, collections, and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of daily cash inflow and outflow.
- Prepare and maintain cash books, ledgers, and financial reports.
- Manage customer billing, invoices, and payment receipts.
- Perform daily cash closing and reconciliation.
- Handle bank deposits and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain purchase and sales entries in Tally.
- Maintain proper records of expenses,
vouchers, and petty cash.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance).
- Candidates with relevant accounting experience from other educational backgrounds may also apply.
- Previous experience in an automobile dealership or retail industry will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
- Cash handling and billing experience.
- Bank reconciliation and ledger management.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
