- Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers interested in buying properties.
- Provide basic information about real estate projects, locations, pricing, and amenities.
- Understand customer requirements and identify interested prospects.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule property site visits.
- Maintain customer information in the company's database.
- Requirements Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; basic English is an advantage.
- Confident and qualified telephone communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- What We Offer Fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000–₹18,000.
