- Plan and execute constituency, district, and state-level surveys.
- Develop survey questionnaires and sampling plans.
- Manage and supervise field survey teams.
- Monitor daily survey progress and data quality.
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with research, analytics, and operations teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate survey completion.
- Prepare insights on public opinion, governance, and local issues.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Political Science, Sociology, Statistics, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of survey methodology and sampling.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Forms, ODK, KoboToolbox, or similar tools.
- Solid team management, analytical, and communication skills.
