We are seeking an energetic, self-driven Marketing & Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility for our integrated MEP/Power solutions, including On-Grid & Off-Grid Solar Plants, CCTV Surveillance Systems, and Diesel Generator (DG) Sets. In this role, you will execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, generate corporate/residential leads, manage vendor/government empanelment, and build robust channel partner networks.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Market Outreach:
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns targeting commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional clients.
- Identify potential sites and clients for Solar Power installations (Rooftop/Ground-Mounted, PM Surya Ghar Yojana projects).
- Market integrated CCTV security systems and DG backup power solutions to builders, contractors, factories, and commercial complexes.
- Campaign Execution & Collateral Development:
- Create and manage promotional materials (leaflets, brochures, case studies, digital banners) in English and local languages.




- Execute local BTL marketing initiatives, including site branding, trade shows, exhibitions, and field demonstrations.
- Oversee digital marketing channels (social media, Google My Business, local directories, WhatsApp marketing) to highlight technical capabilities and customer savings.
- Client Relations & Proposal Support:
- Conduct initial client meetings, present technical specifications, and highlight ROI (electricity savings, security compliance, uninterrupted power).
- Coordinate with internal technical/design teams to prepare accurate quotations and tender responses.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and maintain a clear CRM pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Partner & Channel Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with EPC contractors, architects, electrical consultants, and local dealers.
- Assist in vendor empanelment processes with government bodies, corporate clients, and PSU organizations.
