Job SummarySmaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Corporate Sales Executive with experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Corporate Sales or Business Development.

The candidate will be responsible for corporate client acquisition, business development, revenue generation and building relationships with corporate HR, Admin and Procurement teams across Delhi NCR.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new B2B and corporate sales leads through field visits and networking.
- Acquire new corporate clients and develop business opportunities.
- Meet HR Managers, Admin Managers, Facility Managers and Procurement teams.
- Sell corporate events, employee engagement activities, team outings and group booking packages.
- Conduct corporate meetings, presentations and client visits.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
- Negotiate and close corporate business deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain client relationships and sales pipeline.

- Candidate Requirements1–3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, hospitality sales, hotel sales, banquet sales or event sales preferred.
- Robust English communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be comfortable with field sales and daily corporate client meetings.
- Must be willing to travel across Delhi NCR.
- Graduate preferred.
