Job Description:

We are hiring experienced and result-oriented Branch Managers with expertise in Equity Broking and Financial Product Distribution, including Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Portfolio Management Services (PMS).

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall branch operations, revenue, and profitability.
- Drive business growth through Equity Broking and Distribution Products.
- Acquire current clients and develop HNI relationships.
- Lead, motivate, and manage branch sales teams.
- Achieve brokerage revenue and financial product sales targets.




- Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Ensure branch compliance and risk management.
- Conduct investor meetings and business development activities.

Candidate Requirements:

- 6–10 years of experience in Stock Broking / Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of Equity, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and PMS.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Branch handling experience preferred.
