Job Summary-

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage team performance, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain operational standards at the entertainment venue.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily retail and operational activities.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the front-line team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor sales targets, billing, and daily reports.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and task allocation.
- Ensure product displays, stock availability, and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and company standards.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business targets.
- Requirements2–5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
- Experience in retail, F&B;, hospitality, or entertainment preferred.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
- Positive understanding of sales, inventory, and store operations.
- Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
