Role Description The Associate System Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting and improving PInterview’s online platform and internal systems. In this position, the analyst will gather and analyze business and technical requirements, document system processes, and assist in designing solutions that enhance platform performance and user experience. Daily tasks include monitoring system functionality, identifying issues, performing root-cause analysis, and coordinating with technical teams to implement fixes and improvements.

The role also involves collaborating with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into system enhancements,



assisting with testing and validation, and maintaining transparent documentation and reports.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Systems Analysis and Business Analysis to interpret requirements and optimize platform workflows.
- Excellent Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to evaluate data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Knowledge of Information Technology concepts, including web-based platforms, databases, and basic networking or cloud environments.
- Experience with Troubleshooting technical and functional issues, including documenting problems and coordinating resolutions.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, system documentation, and basic project or task management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in management consulting, education technology, or career coaching is beneficial; prior experience in SaaS or online platforms is a plus.
